Eden to Sydney

After our 7 week stay in Eden, we were keen to hit the road again. We planned a stop along the way at North Durass where occasionally kangaroos can be seen on Depot Beach. This is a lovely camp in the Murramarang National Park. After we arrived we had a great pepper and thyme beef roast and roasted vegies in the camp oven.

After dinner we had a look for skippy’s but couldn’t find any, so we decided to have another look at first light.
Once we approached the beach we saw some kangaroos feeding, mucking around and even two of them fighting each other. I took these photos over the next 30 minutes before they dissapeared into the bush.

On the way to Sydney we went the coastal route past Wollongong, over the famous sea bridge and onto bald hill lookout for a spectacular view back to the bridge.
