Barrett lures
The “Barrett” lures are similar to the “Busted” lures, except with a hole through the center. This lure was designed for fish which like to jump and shake the hook, like Salmon and Queenfish. They work best on a fast retrieve. The lures are CNC machined in Melbourne from solid brass and chrome plated to the highest standard finish.
The face of the lure has a groove machined into it and 3 holes out the side create maximum bubble trail.
This lure has accounted for many pelagic species, particularly Tuna, Salmon and Queenies.
Rigging suggestion:
To rig these lures, simply insert your leader through the hole. Then we suggest you insert the leader through a small soft bead to protect the knot. Then tie the leader to a solid ring. Next you put a split ring onto the solid ring and finally put your hook of choice onto the split ring.
