Get Up Tight

3/24/2017
Without a doubt, one of the best knots for connecting braid to mono is the FG knot and we believe the way Le Vi Hua shows it in this video is one of the best ways to tie it. An important aspect is the tensioning of the knot . After using the Line tensioners from MB Custom Lures myself on a recent 3 week trip, i wouldn't be without them and especially since i'm always looking for compact and lightweight gear.
Check out Le Vi Hua from MB Custom tying the FG and using the Line Tensioners at the 3:10 minute mark:
We now stock these handy tools in the Busted Fishing store, so make sure to grab a pair to tie a perfect FG knot.
