Anyfish Anywhere Rods
The Mk2 has a parabolic powered butt, which blends into a powerful mid section. This allows the angler to load the rod slower and easier which results in improved casting power, yet has a sensitive tip for good bite detection. This rod is for fixed spool (spin) reels, is 13ft long and comes in 2 equal length sections. They feature Fuji guides and a sliding reel seat so you can adjust the reel up and down to your personal preference, along the parallel heat shrink grip. |
Anyfish Anywhere are powerful surf rods, capable of power casting big baits with power casts such as the pendulum cast or off the ground cast and these rods are also excellent for slide baiting.
And the rod will do exactly what it says, cast a six ounce lead with a big bait, while the tip is still sensitive to detect bites. Watch distance casting champion Jeremy Schrader demonstrate the rods action:

Anyfish
Anywhere is the brain child of
Julian Shambrook and Ian Scadding. They started the business with a
wealth of knowledge in rod design having worked closely for many years
with a number of UK manufactures who still produce famous beach fishing
rods today.
Julian
has worked in the industry for over 20 years mostly as a rod builder
however was also a consultant and writer for the Sea Angler Magazine.
His background in angling was originally as a club angler in Torquay and
then as a specimen hunter. Winning many awards, he then moved across to
match fishing and has been a member of England's 25 man elite
international squad for the past 15 years. Winning 3 gold medals to
date, for the past 2 years Julian has been the manager for England's u21
youth team, winning gold at 2012 home nations. He also took the British
Army offer to manage and mentor them for 3 years providing them with 3
resounding wins over their formidable 'enemies' the royal air force and
the royal navy.
As well as a match angler Julian has achieved excellent
distances in excess of 260yds (237m) on the tournament casting field.
Which he says "is not massive in the pro casting circles but pretty good
for a reel up angler"!
Julian's vast knowledge and experience has helped him
design and build many of the great rods available on the market today
and he continues to produce rods capable of breaking records and
catching awesome fish. Notably, the Anyfish Anywhere rods are used by
the world number one Joe Arch and world champion Alan Price.
News March 2017
Owen Moyle recently took out the tournament with an impressive 270.08 meter cast with his Anyfish Anywhere overhad rod and what's equally impressive is that he cast 243.52 meters with his fixed spool rod or spin as we like to call them in Australia. The rod he used was a Anyfish Anywhere GB FS Pro, which is available now at Busted Fishing as well. Here's a link to a facebook video: CLICK HERE
